  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82969-1-RR (DDX60 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using DDX60 antibody (82969-1-RR, Clone: 230293C10 ) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).

  FC experiment of A431 using 82969-1-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug DDX60 Recombinant antibody (82969-1-RR, Clone:230293C10) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.2 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82969-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82969-1-RR against Human DDX60 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.145 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

DDX60, also called FLJ20035, is an IFN-inducible gene that has been identified via a microarray analysis of genes induced by viral infection in human dendritic cells (DCs). DDX60 expression correlated strongly with immune checkpoint and immune system-related metagene clusters, and DDX60 promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and was related to poor prognosis and immune resistance(PMID: 37274827). Involved in RIG-I-dependent and independent innate immune responses, DDX60 has been proven to be associated with the development of tumors.
