  IF Staining of HEK-293 using CL488-10656

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DENR antibody (CL488-10656) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL488-10656

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 DENR Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-10656)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

DENR, also named as SMAP-3 or DRP1, is a 198 amino acid protein, which is highly expressed in heart and skeletal muscle and moderately expressed in the brain, placenta, liver and pancreas. DENR is Up-regulated with increasing cell-density by HNRNPD and Up-regulated in ovarian and breast cancer cells by ERBB2 overexpression. The calculated molecular weight of DENR is 22 kDa, but the modified protein is about 25-30 kDa. (PMID: 27239039 )
