  WB analysis using 13714-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13714-1-AP (DMC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 13714-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13714-1-AP (DMC1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of human testis using 13714-1-AP

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13714-1-AP (DMC1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of mouse testis using 13714-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using DMC1 antibody (13714-1-AP) at dilution of 1:1200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 13714-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using DMC1 antibody (13714-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).
