  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-25162

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DNAJC18 antibody (CL488-25162) at dilution of 1:100.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-25162

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Dnajc18 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-25162)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

DnaJC18, also named as DnaJ (Hsp40) homolog, subfamily C, member 21, belongs to Type III DnaJ Family. Type III DnaJ proteins have a J domain but lack the other sequence features that are found in type I and II members of the family. DnaJC18 might play a role in the process of spermatogenesis in adult testis (PMID: 29082339).
