  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-67164

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DRG2 antibody (CL488-67164, Clone: 3A3E1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-67164

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated DRG2 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-67164, Clone:3A3E1)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
