  WB analysis using 83753-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83753-4-RR (Decorin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83753-4-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Decorin Recombinant antibody (83753-4-RR, Clone:240781E3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 83753-4-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Decorin Recombinant antibody (83753-4-RR, Clone:240781E3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83753-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83753-4-RR against Human Decorin were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

Decorin is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family of proteins. Decorin interacts with type I collagen fibrils, thereby influencing the kinetics of fibril formation and the distance between adjacent collagen fibrils. The binding of this protein to multiple cell surface receptors mediates its role in tumor suppression, including a stimulatory effect on autophagy and inflammation and an inhibitory effect on angiogenesis and tumorigenesis. Decorin(~ 40 kDa) also binds glycosaminoglycan chains to form big molecules.
