  WB analysis of U2OS using 14159-1-AP

  U2OS cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14159-1-AP (EBF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Raji using 14159-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14159-1-AP (EBF1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

  WB analysis of 3T3-L1 using 14159-1-AP

  3T3-L1 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14159-1-AP (EBF1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 14159-1-AP (EBF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 14159-1-AP (EBF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: U2OS-Zellen, 3T3-L1-Zellen, Raji-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
