  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83321-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using EGLN3 antibody (83321-1-RR, Clone: 240165A6 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83321-1-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Egln3 Recombinant Antibody (83321-1-RR, Clone:240165A6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  FC experiment of A549 using 83321-1-RR

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Egln3 Recombinant Antibody (83321-1-RR, Clone:240165A6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue).   Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83321-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83321-1-RR against Human EGLN3 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.82 nM.

EGLN3, also named as HPH-1, HIF-PH3, HPH-3 and PHD3, is a cellular oxygen sensor that catalyzes, under normoxic conditions, the post-translational formation of 4-hydroxyproline in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) alpha proteins. It hydroxylates a specific proline found in each of the oxygen-dependent degradation (ODD) domains (N-terminal, NODD, and C-terminal, CODD) of HIF1A. It is a regulator of cardiomyocyte and neuronal apoptosis. EGLN3 can be a prognostic marker for gastric cancer.
