  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17604-1-AP (FIGNL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-FIGNL1 (IP:17604-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:17604-1-AP 1:1000) with HeLa cells lysate 2680ug.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 17604-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HeLa cells using 17604-1-AP (FIGNL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
