  IF Staining of human tonsillitis using CL488-66606

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human tonsillitis tissue using CL488-66606 (FYN antibody) at dilution of 1:50.

• 

  IF Staining of Neuro-2a using CL488-66606

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Neuro-2a cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 FYN antibody (CL488-66606, Clone: 1G4B1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-66606

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human FYN (CL488-66606, Clone:1G4B1) (red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL488-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
