  WB analysis of HepG2 using 21724-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21724-1-AP (GCM1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human placenta using 21724-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue slide using 21724-1-AP (GCM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
