  FC experiment of HeLa using 82949-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GPX4 Recombinant antibody (82949-1-RR, Clone:230168A8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82949-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82949-1-RR against Human GCLM were performed. The affinity constant is 1 pM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

GPX4 (Phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase, mitochondrial) protects cells against membrane lipid peroxidation and cell death. Required for normal sperm development and male fertility.It has two isforms about 20KDa and 22KDa, respectively. GPX4 is a monomer,but it has a tendency to form higher mass oligomers (PMID:17630701). It presents primarily in testis.
