  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19956-1-AP (mGluR2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: humanes Hirngewebe, HeLa-Zellen, Rattenhirngewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: SH-SY5Y-Zellen

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

GRM2, also named as GPRC1B and MGLUR2, belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 3 family. GRM2 is a receptor for glutamate. The activity of GRM2 is mediated by a G-protein that inhibits adenylate cyclase activity. It may mediate suppression of neurotransmission or may be involved in synaptogenesis or synaptic stabilization.
