  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-68231

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 HIGD1A antibody (CL488-68231, Clone: 3A8E2 ) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-68231

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated HIGD1A Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68231, Clone:3A8E2)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG2b isotype control (11B8C4) (CL488-66360-3, Clone: 11B8C4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

HIG1 domain family member 1A (HIGD1A) is a proposed subunit of cytochrome c oxidase (COX, complex IV), which is the terminal component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain that catalyzes the reduction of oxygen to water. May play a role in the assembly of respiratory supercomplexes (PMID:22342701). It is induced by hypoxia induction.
