  WB analysis of human plasma using 16402-1-AP

  human plasma (0.3ug) were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16402-1-AP (human IgG heavy chain Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 16402-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16402-1-AP (human IgG heavy chain antibody at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 16402-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 16402-1-AP (human IgG heavy chain antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 4x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

The antibody works excellent. But the specificity is not restricted to human cells. It picks up mouse cell line also.
