  FC experiment of mouse peritoneal macrophages using CL647-65097

  1X10^6 IFN-γ primed murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated with LPS were surface stained with PE Anti-Mouse CD11b (M1/70), then fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C), and intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse IL-12/IL-23 p40 (CL647-65097, Clone: C17.8) or 0.5 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (2A3) (CL647-65209, Clone: 2A3).
