  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using CL594-98055

  1x10^6 untreated or PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated mouse splenocytes were intracellularly stained with CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Mouse CD4 and 0.25 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Mouse IL-2 Rabbit RecAb (CL594-98055, Clone: 240358A2). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  1x10^6 PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated mouse splenocytes were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Mouse IL-2 Rabbit RecAb (CL594-98055, Clone: 240358A2) (red) or CoraLite®594 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (CL594-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). 1x10^6 untreated mouse splenocytes were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Mouse IL-2 Rabbit RecAb (CL594-98055, Clone: 240358A2) (black, dashed). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a four-helix bundle, type I cytokine that functions as a growth factor for a wide range of leukocytes. In the immune system, IL-2 is essential for immune homeostasis, normal T regulatory cell function, and self-tolerance. It regulates immune cell homeostasis and has been used to treat a range of disorders including cancer and autoimmune disease.
