  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-67757

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ITCH antibody (CL488-67757, Clone: 2E3G9 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-67757

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human ITCH (CL488-67757, Clone:2E3G9) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
