  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12728-1-AP (SLP76 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using SLP76 antibody (12728-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 12728-1-AP

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human SLP76 (12728-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
