  WB analysis using 11461-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11461-1-AP (LILRA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Hausschwein-Milzgewebe, THP-1-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
