  WB analysis using 27102-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27102-1-AP (LIMPII antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse liver using 27102-1-AP

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27102-1-AP (LIMPII Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27102-1-AP (LIMPII Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HepG2-Zellen, Mauslebergewebe, NIH/3T3-Zellen, Y79-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
