• 

  WB analysis using 67434-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control.

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HaCaT cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HT-29 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human prostate cancer using 67434-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue slide using 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue slide using 67434-1-Ig (LIPG antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Caco-2-Zellen, HaCaT-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, HT-29-Zellen, humanes Plazenta-Gewebe, MCF-7-Zellen, MDA-MB-468-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
