  WB analysis using 67839-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67839-1-Ig (MED4 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 67839-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 67839-1-Ig (MED4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 67839-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using MED4 antibody (67839-1-Ig, Clone: 2E6F4 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red). DAPI (Blue).

MED4 is a component of the Meditor complex, which is a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. Meditor functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery. It also have an alternative name called "Activator-recruited cofactor 36 kDa component (ARC36) ".
