  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 MEK1/2 antibody (CL488-11049) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-11049

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human MEK1/2 (CL488-11049) (red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

MEK2(MAPK/ERK kinase 2) is also named as MAP2K2, MKK2, PRKMK2 and belongs to the MAP kinase kinase subfamily. MAPKK is itself dependent on Ser/Thr phosphorylation for activity catalyzed by MAP kinase kinase kinases (RAF or MEKK1). MEK1 and MEK2 are closely related, dual-specificity tyrosine/threonine protein kinases found in the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. 11049-1-AP can recognize both the MEK2 and MEK1.
