  WB analysis using 24640-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24640-1-AP (MEP1A antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 24640-1-AP

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24640-1-AP (MEP1A Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 24640-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded colon cancer slide using 24640-1-AP (MEP1A antibody) at dilution of 1:300 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mausnierengewebe, Rattennierengewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:150-1:600
