- PAGE was loaded with 80ug total protein - PVDF membrane blocked with milk - first AB dilution 1:250 (stored at -20°C, I could reuse the solution multiple times) - secondary AB I used HRP goat anti-rabbit and a high sensitive ECl to develop the Blot.
