  WB analysis using 14213-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14213-1-AP (MRAS antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse lung using 14213-1-AP

  mouse lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14213-1-AP (MRAS antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of human brain using 14213-1-AP

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14213-1-AP (MRAS antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse brain using 14213-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MRAS (IP:14213-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:14213-1-AP 1:800) with mouse brain tissue lysate 2400 ug.
