  WB analysis using 16652-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16652-1-AP (MRPL10 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB result of MRPL10 antibody (16652-1-AP; 1:600; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-MRPL10 transfected HeLa cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Hodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
