• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 84090-4-RR

  WB result of MYO9B antibody (84090-4-RR; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-MYO9B transfected HEK-293 cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 84090-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84090-4-RR (MYO9B antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using 84090-4-RR

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MYO9B Recombinant antibody (84090-4-RR, Clone:241163D8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
