  IHC staining of mouse spleen using 83376-3-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue slide using 83376-3-RR (NEIL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:250 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83376-3-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using NEIL1 antibody (83376-3-RR, Clone: 240322B7 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of A549 using 83376-3-RR

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Neil1 Recombinant Antibody (83376-3-RR, Clone:240322B7) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mausmilzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): A549-Zellen
