  WB analysis of HeLa using 11202-1-AP

  WB result of α-Parvin/Actopaxin antibody (11202-1-AP; 1:300; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-α-Parvin/Actopaxin transfected HeLa cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: humanes Lebergewebe, HeLa-Zellen, humanes Nierengewebe, Jurkat-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
