• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 66615-1-Ig

  WB result of Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody (66615-1-Ig; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-Pyruvate Carboxylase transfected HepG2 cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 66615-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66615-1-Ig (Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 66615-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 66615-1-Ig (Pyruvate Carboxylase antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
