  WB analysis using CL750-80170

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-80170 (PDI antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL750-80170

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 750-conjugated PDI Recombinant antibody (CL750-80170, Clone:4K17)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (CL750-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

PDIA1(Protein disulfide-isomerase) is also named as ERBA2L, PDI, P4HB, PO4DB. It is a multifunctional protein that catalyzes the formation, breakage and rearrangement of disulfide bonds. In some cell types, it seems to be secreted or associated with the plasma membrane, where it undergoes constant shedding and replacement from intracellular sources.It can exsit as homodimer and monomers and homotetramers may also occur(PMID:12095988).
