  WB analysis using 83074-2-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83074-2-RR (PFAS antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 83074-2-RR

  WB result of PFAS antibody (83074-2-RR; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-PFAS transfected HeLa cells.

  FC experiment of A549 using 83074-2-RR

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug PFAS Recombinant antibody (83074-2-RR, Clone:230422D11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83074-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83074-2-RR against Human PFAS were performed. The affinity constant is 0.387 nM.
