  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-55028

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 PFKM antibody (CL488-55028) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-55028

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 PFKM Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-55028)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

PFKM, also named as GSD7, PFK-1, PFK-M and PFKX, belongs to the phosphofructokinase family and two domains subfamily. PFKM catalyzes the reaction: ATP + D-fructose 6-phosphate = ADP + D-fructose 1,6-bisphosphate. It is a key regulatory enzyme in glycolysis. Defects in PFKM are the cause of glycogen storage disease type 7 (GSD7). PFKM has three isoforms with molecular masses of 85, 82 and 93 kDa. The antibody is specific to PFKM.
