  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 13112-1-AP

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13112-1-AP (PHPT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  human kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13112-1-AP (PHPT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
