  FC experiment of HeLa using 83174-5-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Prkd1 Recombinant Antibody (83174-5-RR, Clone:230355D12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
