  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-67466

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 PSMG3 antibody (CL488-67466, Clone: 2H9C3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67466

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated PSMG3 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-67466, Clone:2H9C3)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG2b isotype control (11B8C4) (CL488-66360-3, Clone: 11B8C4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
