  IF Staining of HEK-293 using CL594-66688

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using CoraLite®594 RAB3GAP1 antibody (CL594-66688, Clone: 4A3A1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using CL594-66688

  1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human RAB3GAP1 (CL594-66688, Clone:4A3A1) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
