• 

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 19103-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19103-1-AP (EPAC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of rat brain using 19103-1-AP

  rat brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19103-1-AP (EPAC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 19103-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19103-1-AP (EPAC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse brain using 19103-1-AP

  IP result of anti-EPAC2 (IP:19103-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:19103-1-AP 1:600) with mouse brain tissue lysate 2560ug.

This EPAC2 antibody successfully detected a strong EPAC2 band in mouse heart lysate, which is about 120 kDa.
