  IF Staining of Jurkat using CL488-30189

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RASGRP2 antibody (CL488-30189) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-30189

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Rasgrp2 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-30189)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

RASGRP2, also named as CDC25L and MCG7, belongs to the RASGRP family. It functions as a calcium- and DAG-regulated nucleotide exchange factor specifically activating Rap through the exchange of bound GDP for GTP. RASGRP2 may also activate other GTPases such as RRAS, RRAS2, NRAS, KRAS but not HRAS. RASGRO2 functions in aggregation of platelets and adhesion of T-lymphocytes and neutrophils probably through inside-out integrin activation. It may function in the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M1/CHRM1 signaling pathway. The antibody recognizes the C-term of RASGRP2.
