  WB analysis of BxPC-3 using 12088-1-AP

  BxPC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12088-1-AP (REEP6 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human pancreas cancer using 12088-1-AP

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: Maus-Riechepithelgewebe
