Cells were grown on sterile coverslips embedded in a 6-well plate. Cells were fixed with 3.7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100. After blocking with 2% goat serum in PBS, the protein was detected using anti-PRL22 antibodies followed by reaction with Alexa Fluor488- conjugated secondary antibodies.
