  WB analysis using 15355-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15355-1-AP (RPS27 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:200-1:800
