  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 20025-1-AP

  1X10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human SEC16A (20025-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

SEC16A, also named as KIAA0310, SEC16 and SEC16L, is required for secretory cargo trafic from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. SAR1A-GTP-dependent assembly of SEC16A on the ER membrane forms an organized scaffold defining an ERES. SEC16A is required for normal transitional endoplasmic reticulum (tER) organization.
