  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed PC-3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SIAE antibody (CL488-66522, Clone: 1G5F7 ) at dilution of 1:600, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of PC-3 using CL488-66522

  1X10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human SIAE (CL488-66522, Clone:1G5F7) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
