  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-83085-3

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SLC35F4 antibody (CL488-83085-3, Clone: 230360B7 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-83085-3

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated SLC35F4 Recombinant antibody (CL488-83085-3, Clone:230360B7)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
