  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed SH-SY5Y cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SNCB antibody (CL488-68046, Clone: 2B10E10 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using CL488-68046

  1X10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human SNCB (CL488-68046, Clone:2B10E10) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
