  WB analysis using 51012-2-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 51012-2-AP (SPTLC2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 51012-2-AP

  WB result of SPTLC2 antibody (51012-2-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-SPTLC2 transfected HEK-293 cells.

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 51012-2-AP

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, HEK-293-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, HT-29-Zellen, Maushirngewebe, NIH/3T3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
