  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-68423

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SSSCA1 antibody (CL488-68423, Clone: 1D2E8 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-68423

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated SSSCA1 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68423, Clone:1D2E8)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (1F8D3) (CL488-66360-1, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
